Hosting
The Site is hosted by:
Infomaniak Network SA Rue Eugène-Marziano 25 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva) Switzerland
Data is stored on servers located in Switzerland.
Purpose of the Site
The Global Structure Index (GSI) is an independent index that rates and ranks live poker tournament structures. The Site publishes structural data, calculated scores, rankings and related editorial content.
GSI is not a gambling operator. It does not organise, host, promote or facilitate any form of real-money play, does not accept wagers, and does not sell entries to any tournament.
Independence
GSI ratings are produced by a fixed scoring engine, frozen for the season and applied uniformly to all indexed structures. No commercial relationship of any kind — present or future, including any paid organiser plan we may offer — grants any influence whatsoever over any score, rank or rating. Where the publisher or its Managing Director holds a personal or financial interest in an indexed event series, that series is excluded from the calibration set used to fit the engine.
Intellectual property
The Site, its structure, its editorial content, its visual identity, the GSI name and logo, the scoring methodology and the resulting scores and rankings are the property of GTL MédiaInvest Sàrl and are protected under Swiss and international law.
Tournament structure data reproduced on the Site originates from publicly available sources published by tournament organisers. Trade marks, logos and brand names belonging to casinos, organisers and tournament series remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and editorial purposes only.
No part of the Site may be reproduced, extracted, systematically downloaded, scraped or reused for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Swiss law. Subject to any mandatory provision to the contrary, the courts of Nyon, Canton de Vaud, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
GTL MédiaInvest Sàrl ("we", "us") operates gsipoker.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
We are subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD/FADP) and, where it applies, to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller and contact
GTL MédiaInvest Sàrl Route de Trélex 10, 1266 Duillier, Switzerland UID: CHE-221.695.578
For any questions or requests concerning your personal data: [email protected]
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so. All requests are handled directly at the address above.
2. What we collect, and why
2.1 Early access sign-up
When you submit the sign-up form, we collect:
- your email address
- the audience category you select (Player, Organizer, or Media & Press)
- the date and time of your submission and of your confirmation
- where your visit came from — source, medium, campaign and referring site — when that information is present in the link you followed or in the request your browser sends
Purpose: to notify you when the index opens, and to send occasional launch-related announcements. The origin of your visit tells us which of our actions make GSI known; it carries no identifier, is never used to profile you, and is never combined with anything to single you out. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); nLPD art. 31). Confirmation uses double opt-in: no message is sent until you confirm via the link we email you.
2.2 User accounts
If you create an account, we process:
- your email address
- your display name, where you provide one
- authentication data (a hashed password, or an identifier supplied by Google or Discord if you sign in through them)
- your session records
- your credit balance and the ledger of credit movements on your account
- the display currency associated with your account
- the referral code you arrived through, if any, and the resulting link between your account and the member who referred you
Purpose: to operate the account, authenticate you, and deliver the features you unlock. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); nLPD art. 31).
2.3 Purchases
If you buy credits or a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive, see or store your card number. We retain the transaction reference, the amount, the currency, the date, and the resulting credit movement.
Purpose: to deliver what you paid for, and to meet our accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (c); Swiss Code of Obligations art. 958f).
2.4 Organiser claims
If you claim an organiser page, we process the identity and contact details you submit in support of the claim, together with the decision taken on it.
Purpose: to verify that you are entitled to control the page. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing impersonation (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
2.5 Technical logs
Our servers record technical events, including IP addresses, in order to operate the service and to detect abuse.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the Site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
2.6 What we do not do
We measure our own audience, and only our own: page path, language, the host of the referring site, and the day. That measurement is first-party and aggregated — it runs on our servers, stores no cookie, no IP address and no device fingerprint, and no third party takes part in it. We use no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no cross-site tracking. We do not track your behaviour to build a profile of you. If you choose to create My Playstyle, we store the preferences you enter yourself. Providing an email address is optional and is used only to link those preferences to a GSI account you may create later. We keep it for 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we never will.
3. Cookies
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies only. It sets no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no tracking pixel and no third-party behavioural cookie. The audience measurement described in section 2.6 uses none of them.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested, no consent banner is required.
Our Cookie Notice lists each cookie, what it does and how long it lasts. That page is the authoritative description; this policy does not duplicate it.
You can delete cookies at any time through your browser; doing so will sign you out.
4. Who we share data with
We use the following processors and third-party services. Each acts on our instructions or under its own controller responsibility as described below.

Anthropic. We use this service to read tournament structure documents automatically. In most cases these are documents published by organisers, containing no personal data. However, if you upload a photograph or a scanned PDF to our testing tool, the image is transmitted to Anthropic in order to be read. Spreadsheets, CSV files and PDFs containing a text layer are processed on our own servers and are never transmitted. Do not upload documents containing personal data to the testing tool.
Transfers to the United States (Stripe, Anthropic, Google, Discord) are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and by the corresponding Swiss recognition. We do not share personal data with any other party, except where we are legally required to do so.

Every mailing we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
6. Your rights
Under the nLPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to the retention periods we are legally required to observe
- restrict or object to certain processing
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request concerning an account.
If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern) or, if you are in the EU, with your national supervisory authority.
7. Security
Data is hosted in Switzerland. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are stored hashed and are never readable by us. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. Card data never reaches our servers.
No system is immune. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
8. Children
The Site is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top indicates the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify registered users by email before it takes effect.
Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of gsipoker.com (the "Site"), operated by GTL MédiaInvest Sàrl, Route de Trélex 10, 1266 Duillier, Switzerland (UID: CHE-221.695.578). By using the Site, you accept these Terms.
1. What GSI is
The Global Structure Index rates and ranks live poker tournament structures using a scoring engine that is frozen for each season and applied uniformly to every indexed structure. Each score belongs to the season under which it was calculated; seasons are set out in section 5.
GSI is an editorial and analytical publication. It is not a gambling operator: it does not organise tournaments, accept wagers, sell entries, hold player funds, or facilitate real-money play in any form. Credits purchased on the Site are access rights to editorial content. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not a payment instrument.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out under your account. One person, one account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used for automated extraction of the Site, or that attempts to circumvent access controls.
3. Credits and subscriptions
Credits are purchased as a single pack and consumed when you unlock content. One credit equals one unit in your account currency. Prices are set in EUR, USD and CHF at strict parity: the same figure applies in each currency, with no conversion. Your currency is determined at your first purchase and does not change thereafter.
A free credit of 10.00 is granted once per 28-day cycle to accounts with a verified email address. It is not cumulative: at each cycle your balance is reset to 10.00 whatever remains of the previous cycle, and no unused credit carries over. Unlocking a ranking category costs 5.00 credits; other unlocks may be priced differently, and current prices are always shown before you confirm.
Launch bonus. Accounts registered through Early Access before the public opening receive an additional one-off credit bonus. It is granted once, is not part of the 28-day cycle, and is not renewed.
Unlocks are permanent. Content you have unlocked with credits remains accessible to you afterwards, and is never charged twice.
Subscriptions are annual and grant unrestricted access for their duration, with no credit consumption. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Prices may change. A change never affects a subscription period already paid for, nor credits already purchased.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Credits are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal period, where one applies to you, is thereby lost for credits already consumed.
Unconsumed credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no content has been unlocked under them. Beyond these periods, purchases are final, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights.
To request a refund, write to [email protected].
5. Content, data and scores
Structure data published on the Site originates from documents published by tournament organisers. We apply an internal zero-invention rule: no figure is published unless it appears in a source document. Errors nonetheless remain possible, in the sources as much as in our reading of them.
Scores and rankings are opinions. They express a methodology, not a statement of objective fact, and they are not advice — financial, gambling, or otherwise. Any decision you take on the basis of a GSI score is yours alone.
We may add, correct, re-score, re-classify or withdraw any structure. This is not a discretionary power: it operates in two distinct cases, and in no other.
Input data. Where the data describing a structure is found to be wrong — a misread level duration, an incorrect late registration, an import error — we correct it at any time, and the score that follows from it is recalculated. This corrects what the engine reads; it does not change the engine.
Engine changes are annual. The scoring engine is frozen for the current season. Any change takes effect on 1 January, applies to all structures of the new season, and never reopens a closed season: a score awarded under the 2026 engine remains a 2026 score. Awards are made on the scores of their own season and are never recalculated. Consequently, a structure appearing in two seasons carries two distinct scores, and comparisons are made within a season, never across seasons.
Organisers may claim their page and, once the claim is approved, control elements of its presentation. Any such control is limited to presentation. Organisers obtain no influence whatsoever over any score, rank or rating, whether or not they hold a commercial relationship with us. This separation is enforced in the software itself, not merely as policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- extract, scrape, copy or systematically reproduce the Site or its data, by any automated or manual means, for any commercial purpose
- resell, redistribute or make available to third parties content unlocked with your credits
- share account credentials, or circumvent paywalls or access controls
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site
- present GSI scores in a way that misrepresents their meaning, or use the GSI name or marks in a manner suggesting an endorsement that does not exist
Reasonable editorial citation of a score, with attribution and a link, is permitted and welcome.
7. No warranty — availability and completeness
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
We give no guarantee, express or implied, that:
- the Site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of error — it depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, payment, email) whose failure is outside our control
- the index covers any given tournament, organiser, festival or region, or covers it completely — coverage depends on the availability, format and accessibility of documents published by third parties, which may change or disappear without notice
- any structure you are looking for is present, will be added, or will remain present
- data, scores or rankings are free of error, current, or fit for any particular purpose
Coverage of the index is expected to grow over time. No level of coverage is promised, and the absence of an operator, a festival or a structure is not a defect in the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, nor for any loss of profit, opportunity, data or reputation, arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
We are not liable for:
- interruption, degradation, downtime or data loss attributable to our hosting provider or to any other third-party service
- the unavailability, alteration or withdrawal of third-party sources from which structure data is drawn, including organiser websites and documents
- the accuracy, completeness or currency of any structure, score or ranking
- any decision taken by you or by a third party on the basis of content published on the Site
- content, sites or services of third parties linked from the Site
No compensation, indemnity, credit or refund is due for unavailability of the service, for absent or incomplete data, or for any score or ranking with which you disagree.
Where our liability is nonetheless engaged, it is limited in aggregate to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury, for gross negligence, for intentional fault, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, its visual identity, the GSI name and logo, the methodology and the resulting scores and rankings belong to GTL MédiaInvest Sàrl. Third-party marks displayed on the Site remain the property of their owners and appear for identification and editorial purposes only.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of access. It transfers no ownership and no licence to reuse.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The date at the top indicates the current version. Registered users will be notified by email of any material change before it takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Suspension or discontinuation
We may suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time. If we permanently discontinue a paid service, we will refund the unused portion of any current subscription on a pro rata basis. Unconsumed credits will be refunded at their purchase value.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Subject to any mandatory provision to the contrary — in particular the protective rules applicable to consumers resident in the European Union — the courts of Nyon, Canton de Vaud, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force.

Conditions — Spin & Watch
What GSI gives you when you spin the wheel
The challenge winner receives whatever the wheel draws: 1 or 2 free games, or 5, 10, 25 or 50 credits. In 6-max, gifts are doubled. Four exceptional slots: a pack of 100 credits (worth 8 € / $), an annual GSI subscription (worth 96 € / $), a live-tournament entry worth 250 € / $ and a live-tournament entry worth 550 € / $. These live-tournament entries are awarded according to the legislation of the player’s country (GSI covers a tournament buy-in, never a cash payout); where the law does not allow it, they may be replaced by their equivalent in credits.
Free tables and gift credits
Each day, your first tables are free, and the free games the wheel gives you add to your counter. After that, you can keep playing with the credits the wheel has given you. Purchased credits are only for viewing structures: they cannot be played.
Free game, account required
An activated gsipoker.com account is required for gifts to be added to your balance. Credits are not sold here and cannot be exchanged. Your opponents are bots… well-trained ones.
Draw probabilities
1 free game: 45% — 2 free games: 31.39% — 5 credits: 15% — 10 credits: 6% — 25 credits: 2% — 50 credits: 0.5% — 100-credit pack: 0.1% (1 in 1,000) — annual subscription: 0.005% (1 in 20,000) — live-tournament entry worth 250 € / $: 0.002% (1 in 50,000) — live-tournament entry worth 550 € / $: 0.0005% (1 in 200,000). The wheel shows each gift, not its frequency.
